With three bedrooms, a loft, and two full bathrooms, this house sleeps 10 comfortably. Amenities include a hot tub steps away from the back door, a gas barbecue on the deck, a foosball table, board games, complimentary WiFi, wood burning fireplace, 5 TVs each with Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and washer/dryer. Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, bagel toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans and plenty of silverware. The best part about this vacation home is the location - on the lake and close to everything Big Bear has to offer. Enjoy a day reading, soaking in the hot tub, or kayaking on the lake. Amenities include a hot tub, outdoor dining table with umbrella, horse-shoes, a putting green, a closet full of games, shelves full of books, and an electric car outlet. Tesla E vehicle amp outlet to recharge your electric car, charges 20 miles/hour (additional $25 per night - must provide a $50 deposit).

Very comfortable cabin. We made a lot of use of the bbq, large porch to view the lake, and open lakefront sand to allow the kids and dogs to run around. Rare to have so much space at a house in big bear.

"Cozy Setting, With Lake Front Location"

If you like quiet, privacy, a beautiful lake view, and walking distance to the village consider 3 Cubs Lakefront Cabin. Or if you are looking to be minutes from Big Bear Lake Village, Mine Shaft Coaster, Alpine Slide, minutes from Snow Summit Ski Resort, and a large area to have a snowball battle, long tubing runes, or volleyball tournament then this is the place. It becomes what you want it to be. We have stayed at many vacation homes in big bear but we keep coming back to this location. Nothing fancy, but a comfortable indoor space, very open large backyard, with an amazing lake view, well stocked with kitchen equipment, washer / dryer, fireplace, and a hot tub to sit in while watching the lake and gazing at the stars.
