ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a remote-controlled adjustable firmness mattress, TV, and deck access. Second bedroom has a bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for added comfort.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Step outside to a back deck with patio furniture, a gas barbecue, a fire pit, and a fenced yard—perfect for enjoying fresh mountain air and outdoor meals.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
