LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1000+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Separate family room detached from main house with seating and smart TV.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.  

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Fully fenced front and backyards. Back deck with gas barbecue.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
