LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom (one is a loft), 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed, desk, closet, smart TV, and deck. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and balcony. Third bedroom loft has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.

AMENITIES -  Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. This home offers smart TVs,  streaming apps along with blazing fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck and fenced yard with hot tub, patio furniture, gas fire pit table, and natural gas barbecue! 

PARKING - 2 car driveway with Tesla charger/EV charger - $20 fee if used.
