LIVING SPACE - Spacious  2600+ sq ft home with living room and guest house with separate living room, fireplace, and kitchen, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful rock gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - Main house - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Guest house - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Sixth bedroom a twin/twin bunk bed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. This home offers smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of an on site washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the private hot tub in the back yard. Large upper front deck with patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 6 car driveway.

Outdoor spa use and other activity that disturbs the peace is prohibited between 10 pm - 7 am.
