Downstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Guest house - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Sixth bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 13 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
