Welcome to Eads by the Lake, a beautifully remodeled cabin perfectly situated on North Shore Drive in quiet and charming Fawnskin. Located directly across from the lake, you’ll enjoy peaceful surroundings while being just steps from the water, boat rentals, kayaks, and jet skis.
LIVING SPACE- Spread out and get comfortable in this spacious 1,900+ sq. ft. home, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main level features a cozy living room with plenty of seating, a dining area, and two beautiful gas fireplaces, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Large windows fill the space with natural light and showcase serene views of the lake. Downstairs, you’ll also find a large den, perfect as a second lounging area for movie nights, games, or giving the kids their own space to hang out.
ROOMS & BEDS- 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. Upstairs third bedroom has bunkbeds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN- Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans and more.
AMENITIES- Board games and card games. TV's along with fast WiFi. Relax near the beautiful gas fireplace with lake views! Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS – Step outside onto the spacious deck and take in the beautiful lakefront views. It’s the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, or relaxing at sunset. A gas barbecue is provided for your grilling needs.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
