ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs bonus room has a queen bed, and a twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, six burner stove, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, wine fridge, center island, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Pool table. Board games and card games. TVs along with fast WiFi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, gas barbecue, picnic table, and comfortable seating. Fenced yard and back deck!

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
