LIVING SPACE - A spacious 1300+ sq ft home with a comfortable living room, cable TV, ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, gas fireplace, and ample seating for everyone to unwind.

ROOMS & BEDS – This 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin includes an upstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and deck access, a downstairs second bedroom with a queen bed, and a downstairs third bedroom with a double/twin bunk bed. The downstairs bonus space features two twin/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for added comfort.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, spices, and more for preparing meals.

AMENITIES – Enjoy cable TV, fast WiFi, and a selection of board and card games for indoor fun. Relax by the cozy gas fireplace during colder nights.

OUTDOORS – Take advantage of the barbecue, a spacious fenced yard, and outdoor seating perfect for enjoying Big Bear’s mountain air.

Per county requirements, a maximum occupancy of 8 guests is allowed. All occupants, including children, toddlers, and infants, are counted. Exceeding occupancy may result in fines or a non-refundable eviction.
