I reserved the Grizzly cabin as my base for the Tour de Big Bear. The cabin was tidy and clean and the instructions were very easy to understand so I could enjoy the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, pots, pans, etc so meals were simple to prepare. The bed was very comfortable and water pressure in the bath was excellent. The only downside was the cabin seemed to have too much furniture which made it feel crowded and cramped. I actually had difficulty finding a space to set my bike. Overall, though, I enjoyed my stay and will look to reserve it again next time.

Quiet 1bdrm/1ba cabin with a spa. Check in was easy as the process was sent via text the morning I arrived. Everything was explained or instruction provided (i.e. the spa, WiFi, etc) The bdrm had a very comfortable bed and ample storage. The kitchen had plenty of appliances, a gas range, and a large fridge. The only bit of a downside was the great room felt tight as there was too much furniture in the room. Checking out was simple: clean up, take out the trash (off site locations provided) and text when leaving. Overall, a nice place to relax for a weekend. Hope it's available next year.

The Cabin was exactly what we needed! Cozy, perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away. Everything we needed was provided. I was able to cook our meals and enjoy our days in. Close to the village as well to enjoy a walk.

Kitchen was great, hot tub was hot, living room was very cozy & the room was nice, only thing was the bed is a little stiff but gets a little softer throughout the night. It was a really nice stay. The kitchen had everything I could’ve asked for concerning a little weekend getaway. Enough high quality pots and pans to cook up my favorite meals! The knives could be sharpened up a little bit, but they still got the job done. I really enjoyed my time staying here, and I would recommend it in the cooler months of the year. I either missed it or it didn’t say, but there wasn’t any AC for the building. However, we were able to get a cool mountain breeze when we opened up the windows. It was worthwhile and located not too far from a little strip of shops and restaurants. It’s pretty conveniently located and really pleasant to stay at.

The place is spotless! The kitchen is well-equipped and organized, the living room furniture is really comfy, and they've got a nice selection of board games and other entertainment. Plus, all the lights have dimmers, which adds to the cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is clean, and the jacuzzi is fantastic! Communication with the hosts is efficient, quick, and stress-free, and they're always ready to help with anything you might need. Thankfully, we didn't need any assistance! The mattress in the bedroom is a bit softer than we prefer, but it doesn't diminish the 5-star experience at all! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

This is our second time staying at the cabin. It was lovely as usual! The only recommendation is to please have matches or a full lighter available to start the fires and to replace the electric kettle as it has rust on the inside bottom. We had a terrible time trying to get a fire going. Not sure if the flue needs to be cleaned. We tried everything.

We stayed at a cabin to celebrate our anniversary, and were surprised with a case full of flowers and a card from the staff, wishing us a happy anniversary. The cabin was a lot of fun, as the kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook in, and the living room was very nicely decorated. The lighting was also very nice, as well as the windows. The shower was a bit small for myself being a larger 6'1" man. The bedroom was nice and cozy, with a dresser for use had we been able to stay longer. The hot tub outside of the cabin was very nice and private. Overall, we had a great stay, and wished we could've stayed even longer. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Great Cabin, with everything you need for a getaway! Great Cabin decor too!★ ★ ★ ★ ★Cabin was ready early, very clean and close to slopes. Backyard was beautiful and breathtaking when covered in snow! We loved jacuzzing while it snowed! Wonderful family getaway cabin. :)

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for. No reservations recommending this location. Quiet but close to both slopes and downtown. Definitely order wood for the fireplace. We'll be back.

This cabin has just about everything you could want for a get away. Nice layout and furnishings, wood-burning fireplace, jacuzzi, location, etc. We were impressed.

Very cozy cabin. One double bed but two couches and a lazy boy by the fire. Great to spend time in and to do a ski trip. Hot tub was a welcome relief.

The Best Cabin Ever. We're had wonderful Thanksgiving Day. Thank you so much for sweet present for Thanksgiving Day.This is lovely and beautiful house, very nice and comfortable. You're doesn't want to leave, because the cabin very sweet, warm and you are feeling like you're at home. I'd like to comeback again and again. I'm very happy that I found the cabin where I want to return in future. I was in different cabins before, but Greezly Bear is "Sweet Dreams ". I recommend to people only this Cabin! We had a wonderful weekend tucked away here, the cabin and amenities were fantastic. Close enough to stores and other points of interest, but also nicely secluded. Highly recommended.

Pros: - Very clean - Fitting Big Bear/mountain decor - Comfortable furniture - Quiet neighborhood yet close to town - Friendly and helpful customer service Cons: - The hot tub took 5+ hours to get hot and we weren't able to use it at night. We received a partial refund, but I recommend checking with Cool Cabin before you book this property to see if the heating problem has been resolved. - You're required to dispose of your trash at an off site location miles from the cabin, which is an inconvenience while on vacation. It seems reasonable to have the cleaning person dispose of the trash. Overall it was a good experience and I would rent one of their properties again.

This cabin is cute, cozy, and perfect for a couples getaway to Big Bear. The cabin is in a perfect location, it does not have many neighbors and is pretty private. It is very close to the Big Bear slopes and the main part of town. I loved that this cabin has a hot tub, it is perfect for after the slopes or any day activities.
My family and I had a great time staying in this cabin. Would stay again

I really love the cabin! It was very cozy especially for a couple who wants a romantic getaway. Location is very convenient. Very close to Bear Mountain and great forest views. Sofa was comfy and everything was cozy. Everything was clean. We also ordered the romance package, so they prepared us the petals, the champagne and the glasses. Everything was great. I would highly recommend coming to this cabin.

Perfect little house for any group of 4. We were lucky the weather was warmer than usual because the bedroom only had a space heater in it. The main heater was in the living room. The spa warmed up nice and the charcoal grill was a perfect size. One of the couches pulls out to a bed, you just have to scoot the other couch out of the way a little.

Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday in Big Bear-snowstorm included! The cabin was extremely well appointed and the reservations service very efficient.
