AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs,  streaming apps along with fast WiFi, and DVD players. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and a gas barbecue. Relax on the sunny back deck while the kids play a round of horseshoes in a fully fenced yard!

Minimum renter age: 25
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
This property is 100% animal-free due to severe owner allergies, including service dogs.
