KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, DVD player, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - The backyard has a large deck with a charcoal barbecue.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
