ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TV with streaming apps, fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - The backyard has a large deck with a charcoal barbecue.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
