LIVING SPACE - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Cozy 675+ sq ft home with living room, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TV with streaming apps along with WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Upper deck with gas barbecue and back deck with a picnic table.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
