ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and a deck. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker,  dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - A smart TV, along with fast WiFi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stack-able washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the spacious back deck with a picnic table and fenced yard.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
