Located in the highly desirable Gilner Point, this property is both a lake house and a winter cabin for all year-round memories. Conveniently located close to lake access, the village, ski slopes, and all that Big Bear has to offer.

LIVING SPACE - Homey 1360+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful brick wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, electric fireplace, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Downstairs third bedroom has a double bed. Upstairs loft has a futon and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove only (no oven) double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Retro-style video game system, board games and card games. This home offers smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood/gas fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, propane barbecue with picnic table. 

PARKING - 3 car driveway. 2 cars can park in the front and 1 car can park in the rear.

Our stay was lovely. The cabin is cozy and had plenty of amenities for us as guests. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need as a family. The location near the lake was an excellent bonus feature of the property. Cool cabins were very nice and easy to work with. And all in all as family we would recommend and stay again.
