This spacious 1,360+ sq ft home features a comfortable living room with TV, ceiling fans, dining table, and a beautiful brick wood/gas fireplace. Plenty of comfortable seating makes this the perfect gathering space for relaxing with family and friends.

The recently upgraded kitchen includes everything you need for preparing meals during your stay:
- Brand new stove and oven
- Double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Blender
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
- Dishes, cookware, and utensils

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 bathrooms:
- Upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, electric fireplace, TV, and private bathroom
- Upstairs second bedroom includes two twin beds
- Downstairs third bedroom offers a double bed

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Enjoy the game room featuring a retro-style video game system, arcade game, and foosball table. The home also includes board games, card games, smart TVs with streaming apps, and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood/gas fireplace after a day of mountain adventures.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside to enjoy the newly installed hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or at the lake. The outdoor area also features a propane barbecue and picnic table, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing in the fresh mountain air. During the fall months, guests can enjoy seasonal apple picking from the property’s 6–7 apple trees—feel free to pick and savor fresh fruit right from the yard.

Other things to note:
- Parking available for up to 3 vehicles on a flat driveway. Two cars can park in the rear driveway, and one car can park in the front.
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Maximum of 6 guests total
- No pets allowed including service animals & ESA. (Owner is severely allergic)
