ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Third level master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, bath, and balcony. Third level second bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Corian kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, Apple TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie in the evening. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Make your way out the glass sliding doors to the upper deck area for a beautiful sunrise or sunset view, you can also enjoy sipping a cocktail at the outdoor dining table while you grill up some amazing food on the propane barbecue. Lakehouse Retreat offers a private dock.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Minimum renter age: 21
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
