Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and cable TV. Downstairs fourth bedroom has two trundle beds, TV and, a bathroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 13 people (10 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
