LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1400+ sq ft home with high beamed ceilings in the living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful brick gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunkbed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table, board games, and card games. This home offers smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace.  Laundry area with stack-able washer/dryer available.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
