LIVING SPACE - Cozy 1000+ sq ft home with living room, a cozy wood burning fireplace, and plenty comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and deck access. Second bedroom has a queen bed and deck access. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Updated kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. This home offers smart TV streaming and fast WiFi. Keep yourself warm sitting by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Back deck with patio furniture and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

A cozy and fantastic mountain getaway. We had a wonderful time at this property that had an ample amount of blankets, cozy beds, and all the cookware/bakeware needed for us to cook our meals. The property management team provided great communication and was extremely professional. This was a great location and we felt very safe during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and were so happy to have this chance for a much needed getaway to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

We had a tremendous time at this property. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Very impressed with the amount of bakeware and cookware available made it easy to cook our meals in. Location was great for lots of snow. Strong Internet for Smart TV streaming, for my daughter's virtual school, and my work. Property managers were efficient, professional, and timely with communication. Wonderful location with lots of snow and areas to sled within walking distance. It is on a hill and with winter weather chains were required to get to the property. We had an incredible time and would definitely rent this property again!

“The little yellow house is a great place to stay with a small family. The living room was very comfortable and everything was clean. We lucked out and there was just enough snow in the back to do a little sledding and snow play with our small children. The kitchen, although fairly well stocked, could use another frying pan but they had plenty of everything else you need in a kitchen. Overall I would recommend staying there.”

We looked at lots of rentals and hotels before selecting "The Little Yellow House" for our weekend stay in Big Bear and we couldn't have been happier. First, the location is simply the best. You're right between Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, it couldn't be more convenient if you're looking to enjoy the snow or the lake. The house itself is also adorable. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi is fast and reliable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd ever need. We will definitely be back!!!

We felt right at home here and the kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary appliances. Loved the little bear fixtures throughout the house. The tv is a new roku tv equipped with Netflix and amazon. The only bad part was leaving.
