LIVING SPACE - Cozy 500+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, loft, 1 bath. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Loft has a 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - TV, streaming apps, DVD player, PlayStation 4, and fast WiFi. Board games and card games. 

OUTDOORS - Fully fenced backyard with private hot tub, firepit, patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund. 
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (2 dogs only)
