Fenced yard with deck and barbecue.

I am extremely impressed with Big Bear Cool Cabins! It was our family's first time renting a cabin in Big Bear and I wanted to go with a local company instead of VRBO so I could easily ask questions about the cabin and the Big Bear area. Everyone who I spoke with on the phone to make the reservation was so friendly, helpful and professional, and they helped us find a terrific cabin on short notice. When we went to their office on the day of our trip, I was again impressed by the company and later, when I called for info about where to go to watch fireworks, they gave us fantastic advice, so we were able to avoid the long line of traffic after the fireworks show! I believe they also were available after hours for questions too. I will definitely book with Cool Cabins again next year!
