ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Downstairs second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - TVs with cable and Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people (4 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
