ROOMS & BEDS - 3 Bedroom + bonus room, 2 bath. Entry level master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and attached bath. Entry level second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and deck. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Bonus room downstairs with a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertop, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps and fast WiFi. 

OUTDOORS - Front deck with patio furniture, gorgeous views, and a gas barbecue.

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (1 dog only)
