Description

McWhinney Summit Cabin - Perfect location and close to everything that Big Bear has to offer. This single story home is a four bedroom, two bathroom, separate dining room area, wood burning fireplace, cable TV, and DVD player. Fitted with all the conveniences of home, McWhinney Summit Cabin has a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans and more. Fully fenced yard with a large deck and barbecue. Great location close to the lake, slopes, and shops/restaurants.

McWhinney Summit Cabin comes with fresh towels, and beds are made up with fresh linens and plenty of cozy blankets. Our dedicated cleaning crew has the cabin clean and ready before your visit and does the cleaning after your stay.

Maximum occupancy 8.
Parking for 4 vehicles.
Pets are not allowed at McWhinney Summit Cabin.
No indoor smoking is permitted.
Check in after 4 pm.
Check out before 11 am.

"Surprisingly Not So Dated After All"

The place from the outside was exactly as pictured. Cool Cabins made check-in quick easy and painless. The rooms were a very decent size, definitely larger than pictured. Each room had a king size bed and the cabin came equipped with everything you need including an abundance of towels which was great. The backyard was great with the deck leading from the two back rooms, basketball court and fire pit. The added bonus of the stereo linked to the house was a nice surprise. The only con about this Cabin was that the comforters, sheets, and pillows seemed a little questionable with minor stains here and there. Luckily we brought our own covers and pillows. Lastly, the bathroom at the end was a little slow in flushing, but I'll just chalk that up to old plumbing. Other than that our stay was a delight, the cabin is a five-minute drive to the lake, heater worked well and fridge took a bit to cool down as described. Overall I would definitely stay at this Cabin again in the future or any cabins associated with CoolCabins.

Very cozy and spacious. Walking distance to Snow Summit and few blocks from Bear Mountain. We had a Great time here.

It was a pretty nice and spacious cabin for 10 people. Everything was there and clean but I would like to recommend you to bring your own blankets for beds because those are only minus on this cabin
