We absolutely loved our stay at mellow moonridge! We wanted a more modern place that still gives cabin vibes and this was perfect. It was well stocked and super clean! I love how close it is to snow summit. Cool Cabins was super helpful and the keypad on the door made it so seamless, I appreciate not having to drive someplace to pick up a key. Would definitely book through here again!

The access was very quick and easy, the location was excellent, we were very close to the mountains for skiing. The cabin is nice but the public rooms as a very unwelcoming living room and kitchen, there are other nicer options. We had a situation with one of the bedrooms, when we went to bed they were itchy maybe due to dust or we do not know why, we asked to be checked and their solution was to leave us a bag with new sheets outside the property, which we did not think we would send someone to take care of it. They kindly sent someone and it was fixed but the situation was very annoying and they assumed that we would change savannas on our vacations. Even though it wasn't the worst experience, we wouldn't wash here again The attention was always friendly but we do not feel worth its cost.

Awesome cabin, would definitely recommend to anyone going to big bear. Close to village cool shops on Moonridge.WiFi was slow but other than that is an awesome cabin.

The cabin was clean and ready for us. It was the perfect size and layout for what we needed. We appreciated the clean kitchen and bathrooms; the towels and sheets were soft; the main living area was a great size with nice flooring; it was quiet and relaxing. The cabin was only a few minutes from the zoo and Big Bear Blvd, and a short drive to the village.

Awesome cozy, clean, beautiful cabin! Great communication, good pricing, very friendly staff at Big Bear Cool Cabins! Will DEFINITELY book the same cabin again when back in Big Bear Lake area! The selection was insane. I love how the cabins are listed by price then there's the distance info in miles to the village, my event, slopes, etc. that was VERY helpful and actually was what made my decision in which cabin once I narrowed it down to (5)! Great job, thank you for a wonderful and relaxing Oktoberfest weekend vacation with the hubby. :)

The cabin was very nicely kept and very cozy! The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy. We had a wonderful time in the beautiful cabin!

I've been using coolCabins for 4years and go there a couple times a year. Always a clean home, everyone is helpful and love that we can go straight to the cabin after a long drive. They have a large selection of cabins to choose from and they always make you feel like home.

Everything was awesome about the place. As soon as we got there we had to get a bunch of bug be gone items because there were a lot of flies and moths along with other various bugs. That also has a lot to do with the time of year so that was expected. Was just hoping there wouldn't be as many flies and moths when we got inside. The place was very stylish on the inside and was comfortable. The bunk beds need to be bolted down better since it rocks and you can tell the allen bolts are loose. Other than these small things the place was great and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in big bear.
