Back deck has a charcoal/wood smoker and a gas barbecue. Walking distance to park, National Forest, market and local restaurant Kellan's Bar and Grill.

We stayed at Memory Maker and had a wonderful experience. Our cabin was immaculate and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and appliances. I highly recommend Memory Maker and the professional company of big Bear Cool Cabins.

"Very Cozy Cabin"

Pros: We came her mid week with another couple to do some back road jeeping and found the cabin very nicely furnished with the amenities that we were expecting. The kitchen, dining area and the living room are more than adequate for 2 couples. Pots and pans and dining essentials are all there. Master bedroom and bath with full closet and dresser were fine. The second bedroom as represented is good for a family. They have many DVD's suitable for kids of all ages in that room. There is a great DVD collection in the living room as well. Cons: If you like to cook be aware that the oven can only broil which made cooking a challenge. The microwave buttons only work with certain times (we pressed the 1 and it would not recognize it). Some of the stove igniters don't work but there is an aim n flame there. We went out to BBQ our delicious steak and the propane bottle was empty. There was 1 pot holder. The 2nd bedroom is very small and our friend's pillows kept falling off the bed since there was no headboard (once again maybe suited for a family instead of 2 couples). We would love to stay here again but not until the cooking facilities are improved. We gave it 4 stars because all these things can be fixed and we did have a wonderful time but with challenges that we didn't want after full days of hitting the back roads in our jeeps. Also note that Cool Cabins responded quickly to our other concerns while we were there. They have a very professional and friendly staff! We even received a $25 gift card to offset the cost of the propane.

"It was my first time booking"

It was my first time booking for a cabin to stay at big bear. I hesitated a little bit before booking since I had no idea what I was getting into. All I wanted was for my family to enjoy the stay. I cannot find enough words to express how much booking with big bear cool cabins meant for me and my family. It was amazing from checking in to leaving the cabin. Everything was more than what I had expected. The cleanest and most adorable cabin we got. It just felt like home. My daughter and niece were sad we stayed for one night. I will most definitely book with big bear cool cabins for our upcoming trip. I highly recommend them. The cabin had everything you could think of that a house might need as far as supplies nd emenities.

It was the best thing ever, it made me and family feel at home. I would highly recommend to book with these guys. I was not sure what to expect but i went with my guts when i clicked on booked! The cabin was really clean and cozy. The envuronment and area felt like being in a movie fairytale in the woods. Just perfect my 10 yr old daughter and 10yrvold niece fell in love with the cabin. I will sefonotely book again
