LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, ceiling fan, beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and deck access. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Third has a double/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Let the mountain air melt away your cares and unwind in the soothing embrace of the outdoor hot tub. Back deck includes an outdoor dining table with chairs, propane barbecue, and string lights to illuminate in the evenings. Gather around the outdoor gas fire-pit for cozy evenings under the stars. For the little ones seeking adventure, there is a play set. In the snowy winter months, the sledding hill is also a blast!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
