KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Arcade game machine and board games and card games. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
