LIVING SPACE - Accommodating 700+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, a dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Bedroom one has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Natural wood cabinetry, stove with oven, double-door refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps and fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.
OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and a gas barbecue!

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
