LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. Recent renovations include new flooring, light fixtures, furniture, window treatments, and an updated kitchen.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, twin bed, and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. 

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax in the hot tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, picnic table, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large front and back decks!

Other things to note:
Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
Pet fee $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
