Moonridge Escape is located in a beautiful private valley in the neighborhood of Moonridge. Guests enjoy an isolated mountain escape while remaining incredibly close to activities such as Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, and the newly renovated Alpine Zoo.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1100+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs bedroom one has a king bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed, twin bed, and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Wraparound deck overlooking the private yard that includes an expansive outdoor play area. Enjoy the natural gas grill and cook up your favorites on the gas barbecue in the summer months. 

PARKING - 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
