ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, along with fast Wi-Fi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy the brisk mountain air on the front deck and fully fenced backyard!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Pet fee: $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
