Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed, double/twin bunk bed, and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with air hockey table and basketball shooting game. Wii gaming system, board games, and card games. TVs, firesticks, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi and Blu-ray DVD player. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 12 (6 adults max) people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
