BEAUTIFUL CABIN IN THE HEART OF BIG BEAR! This fantastic home has it all! Very close to the lake at Metcalf Bay, National Forest and just minutes to the Village. Located on a nearly 10,000 square foot lot in the treetops. This is it! Spectacular Meadow & Forest views, surrounded by big pines. Relax and enjoy the views of nature's beauty. A short drive to the ski slopes, Snow Play, and Oktoberfest. This cabin has older furnishings and decor and is a rental intended for those who are fine with a more rustic, older home.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and queen bed. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - This home offers a foosball table, smart TVs with cable, along with fast Wi-Fi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture and gas barbecue. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee from the front deck or soak in nature from the back deck with a large fully fenced backyard.
