LIVING SPACE - Cozy 800+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a charming wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Beautiful granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TVs with cable, fast Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. Relax in the glow of the cozy wood burning stove fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Fenced backyard with a charcoal barbecue and lots of space for family gatherings.

PARKING - 1-car driveway. No charging of electric vehicles or RV hookups permitted at this property. 

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
