LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3,200+ sq ft home with floor to ceiling rock fireplace, living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining area, and plenty of comfortable seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Downstairs master suite has a king bed, TV, fireplace, ceiling fan, deck access, and private bath with tub and shower. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, center island, stainless steel appliances, cooktop stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Loft game room has a pool table and an additional seating area with a sectional sofa. Smart TVs, Apple TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near one of the multiple cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Deck with plenty of patio furniture and beautiful lake views. Take your meals at the outdoor dining set to enjoy the views. This property has a natural gas barbecue for all your grilling needs. Fenced backyard overlooking the lake.

The lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
