LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1550+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful river rock wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and smart. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - NEW Game Room in detached garage with foosball table, 2 player basketball game, Super Nintendo mini (2 of them), Xbox, darts, three arcade machines: Mortal Kombat 4, Classic Arcade with 10 games in it and Captain Hook pinball machine. Loft with pool table! Board games and card games. This home offers smart TVs and blazing-fast Wi-Fi. Keep yourself warm sitting by the cozy wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of an onsite washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Side deck with hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue.
