ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed and TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, double oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi and DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
