LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2008+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, dining table, island with counter seating, beautiful river rock gas log fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and private bath with tub. Second bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Third bedroom has a queen bed, queen/queen bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and Ninja coffee maker. Includes dishes, pots, pans, and essentials, plus a complimentary coffee bar stocked with coffee, sugar, and creamer to start your mornings right.

AMENITIES - Game room with a ping pong table, pool table and shuffleboard. Smart TVs, Roku, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy peaceful mountain surroundings on the spacious wraparound porch complete with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A separate deck features a barbecue for grilling, and the fenced yard is great for added privacy.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
No pets allowed. This includes service dogs (the owner is severely allergic)
