BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults) across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- Primary bedroom: king bed, smart TV, and private bath with tub
- Second bedroom: king bed and smart TV
- Third bedroom: queen bed and queen/queen bunk bed

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
Enjoy a fully loaded game room with a ping pong table, pool table, and shuffleboard. Smart TVs with Roku, streaming apps, and fast WiFi are available throughout the home. Board games and card games provide additional fun, and the cozy gas fireplace is perfect for relaxing evenings. A laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer adds convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Take in the peaceful mountain surroundings from the spacious wraparound porch with plenty of seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A separate deck features a gas barbecue for outdoor dining, and the fenced yard offers added privacy.

- Parking allowed for 2 vehicles
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Maximum of 10 guests total, with no more than 8 adults. 
- No pets allowed. This includes service dogs (the owner is severely allergic)
