ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. New mattresses, extra blankets, and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, a foosball coffee table, home office space with monitor, and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Patio furniture, porch swing, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the large backyard illuminated with string lights.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
