ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bonus room with a twin bed, smart TV, desk, and printer. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee & K-cup machine, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
