The spacious, tree-lined central lot sits within a short walk to lake or the downtown village area for shopping and dining and is fully fenced, providing security and privacy for the kids.

LIVING SPACE - 1,300+ sq ft home with living room, beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans, dining table, wood flooring, and central heating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, an electric fireplace, smart TV, DVD player, private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a bunk bed and a smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, built in microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Pool table in garage. Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps, cable TV, DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi to keep you entertained while you wind down in the evenings. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer. 

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, a patio swing, and a gas barbecue. Enjoy the large back deck and fenced yard.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
