The spacious, tree-lined central lot sits within a short walk to lake or the downtown village area for shopping and dining and is fully fenced, providing security and privacy for the kids.

LIVING SPACE - 1,390 + sq. ft., living room, beautiful rock wood burning fireplace, ceiling fans, dining table, wood flooring, and central heating. Spacious two-story home.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Upstairs master suite has a king bed, an electric fireplace, Smart TV, DVD player, private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV. Upstairs third bedroom has a bunk bed and a Smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, built in microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spice rack, and more.
