This cabin is excellent, it's well equiped, clean, and it's location is convenient to all the fun stuff but quiet so you can relax. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Pinecone Ridge was not only the most comfortable and clean cabin, it was also amazingly set up! It had a beautiful view, perfect spa, lights, chairs - literally everything you need! It was so relaxing, in a beautiful location and beyond amazing. We loved staying here and will stay again!

We used Big Bear Cool Cabins for the first time and were pleased how quick and easy was the booking. We received the confirmation immediately with all the guidance and I formation about the property exact location and The City of Big Bear regulations. All the needed information was to us via texts and emails. We will used Big Bear Cool Cabins again.

We loved this cabin. Super cozy. It had an amazing view and you could even see the lake, which I was not expecting. Very comfortable for a family of four. Super close to the slopes during ski season. We were there right after a storm and my seven year old was able to play in the snow out front and go sledding right on the property. My ONLY complaint is that one of the reasons we booked it was for the hot tub and we could never get it to work or heat up properly. Other than that it's perfect.

Cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet. We loved the hot tub and was able to have a relaxing time. We even called and added on an extra night since we were enjoying it so much. It was perfect!

Great stay at the Big Bear cabin! The hot tub, beautiful scenery, and spacious interior made it a wonderful getaway for our group. The master bedroom and bathroom were fantastic, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We also enjoyed the games and the warm cabin feel, with excellent heating and insulation. A few small issues: the second bedroom with bunk beds felt cramped due to the closet location, and no TV in the room. Some details seemed unfinished, like foam around a ceiling window and sticky sliding doors and drawers. The front door was very hard to unlock, which made check-in a bit difficult in the cold, but once inside, everything was great. The Bose system gave us trouble, but Cool Cabins quickly fixed it. A washer/dryer would’ve been nice, and taking trash to the dump site wasn’t ideal. As an influencer, I’d love to partner with Cool Cabins or Airbnb for future trips. You can find my content on most social media pages @ciscospodcast! Overall, I’d give the stay a 7.5/10.

Perfect for a couples get-away! The cabin was snug and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time away. The deck in the back has great seating. You’re surrounded by trees, with a beautiful peak-a-boo look at the mountains that is also visible from one of the rooms and the kitchen area. I requested a birthday surprise for my girlfriend that did not disappoint. They decorated the cabin and left a cake in the fridge. How awesome!

We went there with family.It was great cabin nice view .For me in a first place that's a bedding and towels which was very clean also The house and Hot -tube. Anyting you need they has there. Also We call for hit ,on only 10 minute they came to fix it .Over all I am giving my recomenddaition.

The hot tub is big, relaxing and awesome.

My wife and I rented this cabin for our 5th anniversary. The traditional theme for 5 years is wood, and this cabin perfectly fit the theme. The cabin interior was very clean, everything was new and in great condition. It had unique and custom wood work furniture and accent pieces that gave it a very special touch. The outdoor double level deck was perfect, private and quiet, with a great view of the mountains and woods. All outdoor furniture was covered so it was very clean when you took off the covers. The hot tub is big, relaxing and awesome. Would definitely rent again. Thank you

Came to celebrate my sister's birthday at Big Bear Lake. This cabin was very close to the lake as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, and places to eat. Very cute and homey. We were able to cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the backyard in the hot tub. Games were provided and I got to play foosball for the first time ever. We had so much fun.
