Great stay with some friends! Super close to ski slopes (driving) which is why we went. Very responsive hosts and super helpful.

Great cabin close to the lake for fishing or other activities and close to the town for resturants or shopping. Really gives the cabin vibe. Great hosts who respond quickly if you have any questions or concerns. Overall great location and property. Thouroughly enjoyed the time spent there.

It was nice and cozy. Loved that it had a jacuzzi even though we didn't get to use it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Hoping to visit again and finally use that hot tub.

This cabin was so clean and cozy and everything I wanted! It is so close to Snow Summit you could walk there. This place is worth every penny.

#1 Cabin First time to Big Bear and the Big Bear Cool Cabin staff was awesome. They were in constant communication with me from the time I reserved cabin. Was clean/ comfortable and all necessities were available. Was close to town/ close to taking hikes- Fireplace was sooo cozy- Was nice to have internet AND cable. A big 5 star for us! We will definitely come again. Thank you Big Bear Cool Cabins!

Stayed at Prescott Place for the weekend. Took advantage of their stay 3 nights and pay for 2 offer. Enjoyed the little cabin, it was cozy as expected. Plenty of linens were available, bathroom even had little bath and body works toiletries. Kitchen had wide array of items for cooking which was important since we cooked most of the time. Hot tub was clean and one of the bonuses of this cabin. Best of all was the office. Very helpful and checkin was easy. Thank you Cool Cabins!

Cozy Cabin Great for Short Stay!

This small cabin was great for 4 adults and a short stay. It was clean and had all the necessary toiletries and kitchen appliances. The only thing that keeps it from all 5 stars is that the wifi doesn't work properly, and since it's out in those beautiful mountains reception is spotty. My husband and I have AT&T and it never hooked up to it. With Cool Cabins all you have to do is text that you've vacated the premises. This easy check out is super cool, but slightly frustrating when you literally have to be miles down the road before a text will go through.

When I arrived at Prescott's Place, I was so pleased with the overall appearance. It was super cozy and inviting. Everything was clean and in functioning order. The backyard wasn't as clean but the hot tub made up for It! The hot tub was nice, warm and clean upon our arrival. The upstairs was just as clean and nice. The beds were made and the sheets were clean. I would book with Cool Cabins again! I'm already planning another trip for Winter.

I was a bit worried when I booked a cabin with Cool Cabins because of all the bad reviews but my stay was surprisingly pleasant. Check in was fast and easy. Communication was great. Cool Cabins emailed/texted us constantly to send info and ask when we would arrive. The cabin itself was great! Everything worked and everything was in great shape. I would book with Cool Cabins again! I'm already planning a trip this winter!

The whole renting process was really easy. The property was as described, pictures were a little bit deceiving, the place was not as big as it looked in the pictures. But everything was clean and well maintained. We would go there again. Skiing was great, and we found a couple wonderful restaurants very close to the property.
