LIVING SPACE - Cozy 700+ sq. ft. home with living room, TV, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps with fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
