LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,700 sq ft home with a living room, TV, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, deck access, and private bath with jet tub. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and deck access. Loft has a queen bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with center island, granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with foosball table, pool table, and ping pong tabletop. Cable TVs, Xbox along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
