Overall, we had a great experience. The house was Great with a nice big yard for the dog to run around in. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub. The location I would say is farther than I anticipated to be “walking distance” to the village. We had young children and a mile each direction was too far to really walk so we had to drive. Not a huge deal.My one true negative is the master bed. It truly is like sleeping on a piece of wood. Mattress was very very firm and I would encourage a replacement that is more comfortable ! I didn't downrate them because of this because I was there some peoples preference but just know going in to the rental it is very very hard. But other than that we had a great time !

I lived on the Mountain for 31 plus years and the Rincon Cabins yard was great for my service animal and you felt like you were in the woods. The cabin could use a bathroom downstairs, lower chairs to fit the kitchen table and curtains that fit the windows as well as a more comfortable queen size mattress in the main bedroom. Other than that it was a great stay. The staff was friendly over the phone and answered all of my questions. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the big fenced front yard with snow for our pup to play in. My only complaint would be that it’s a little bit run down and maybe needs some remodeling and the bed was very uncomfortable but other than that we had a great stay.

This was a magical experience. The cabin was great. The spa is really nice. The hill in the front yard was perfect for sledding and it is a big enough yard to not feel like you are right on top of the neighbors. Will definitely book again!

Great experience, as usual. Cool cabins is very responsive. Had a foot of snow and they sent plow out immediately next day to clear the driveway. Was little bummed cabin didn't have a fireplace but was otherwise great, especially the big fenced in yard for the dogs.

Me and 5 friends stayed at Rincon Cabin. The Cabin was clean, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. When our hot tub had issues, they came right out and fixed/cleaned it. I have used other cabin rental services, but I think Cool Cabins is my favorite and I will be using them next time.

Beautiful cabin, exactly as described. Walking distance (0.2 mi) from the Pine Knot trail which is great for run/bike/dog walk. It's also in close proximity to a few restaurants. Our dog really enjoyed the spacious yard and we very much enjoyed the peace and serenity of the outdoor spaces. There are two outdoor decks with plenty of seating to savor your night beverage or morning coffee. Kitchen has all the essentials you need for cooking (but bring your own oil and spices). We also loved the hot tub! Would definitely stay here again.

This our 2nd time staying at Rincon cabin, both times were great. The big front yard allows the kids to play in the snow, as we BBQ and have a drink on the deck. The long driveway allows friends to come visit without any hassle of parking. Also the convenient store around the corner from the cabin. The tile in the living room and kitchen allows for easy clean up. The staff at cool cabins were great and very helpful.. i will come visit again and recommend friends here..

We stayed at Rincon Cabin, which allows dogs and has its own hot tub. We found the cabin to be clean and decently stocked with blankets/towels/coffee filters/toilet paper etc. I believe it sleeps 4, but there were only 2 of us and it felt very spacious. We booked last minute for Labor Day Weekend 2015 and got very quick responses from the management company (Cool Cabins) before and during our stay. Pictures and details listed on the website were accurate to life, we didn't feel there were any surprises. Cabin was typical for a rental but had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Overall we had a great time! It had a very good location, had a couple restaurants, market for last minute supplies and a brewery walking distance and was only a 5 min drive into town (about a mile).Only a couple of minor inconveniences; there was a pet fee that we didn't know about until we had to sign the agreement, it was $10 a day extra which for the weekend wasn't bad but could get pricey for the whole week, the other was just that you have to drive your trash to a local dump site at checkout, but I've heard this is typical for the area and might be a local ordinance.
