ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The first bedroom has a king bed and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The living room has a sofa bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TVs along with fast Wi-Fi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
