LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and bath. Upstairs third bedroom has two twin beds. Game room has a sleeper sofa. Living room has a Sleper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available. 

KITCHEN - Stove, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - The highlight of this property is the fantastic game room, equipped with both an air hockey table and a pool table. It's the perfect space for friendly competitions and evening entertainment, ensuring fun-filled nights for all. Smart TVs along with fast WiFi. Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
