ROOMS & BEDS - 2 loft bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first loft bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs second loft bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table. Smart TV with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
