We loved the interior design with so many textures, patterns and touches of detail that we saw something new every day we were there. Everything you need is here. The appliances, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher are top quality. The rooms are furnished nicely and are comfortable. Everything is maintained in a very clean condition. The Staff at Cool Cabins are great, they take care of all of our needs. Thank you!

The ski chalet was really nicely designed, comfortable and it was clear the owners put alot of thought and consideration into making it a wonderful accomodation. The only reason I give it 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that the propane tank for the firepit ran out within 2 hours of using it. Otherwise a great time and I would definitely recommend it. Also the owners were very responsive over text and allowed us to extend our stay by 1 hour.

This was the perfect, chill getaway for me and a few friends. Two king beds were super comfortable. The view from the house and the primary were stunning. Hot tub was very clean. Towels were top of the line. Location was 10 min from town so very easy to get to. And the kitchen was more stocked than any other Airbnb I have ever stayed at. We had a wonderful stay in Big Bear at the Ski View Chalet. The pictures almost don't even do the home justice as it's been remodeled and so thoughtfully decorated/designed. The kitchen is enormous, with everything you could need. All the bedrooms were comfortable and we had so much space between downstairs and upstairs. The view of Bear Mountain was incredible! This home is the perfect location in a beautiful, quiet area of upper Moonridge- a very quick drive to both Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. The entire rental process was seamless and so easy - we can't recommend this cabin and rental company enough!

We had an AMAZING stay and the cabin is as BEAUTIFUL in person as it is in the pictures. The view from the upper and lower decks is INCREDIBLE. Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc. Furnishings, inside and out were great. Jacuzzi was amazing. Fireplaces, both upstairs and downstairs were perfect. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely rent the place again. That being said there were a couple of issues I’ll bring up just to mention for the next guests. But none of these are deal breakers. The downstairs shower leaks to the floor outside really bad because there is no barrier on the sliding glass door either at the bottom or at the side. Both downstairs beds are extremely stiff. I ended up buying a memory foam mattress from Amazon just to use for the week. And if you’re looking for peace and quiet downstairs you will not get it if people are upstairs moving around. You hear every single movement and sound. Just something to think about.

It’s a beautiful home! Our family really enjoyed this cabin and all the amenities. We came for Oktoberfest, but stayed in the cabin to relax and catch up with the kids and our granddaughter the rest of the time. The home is well equipped so all we had to bring was clothing and food. I highly recommend this cabin for a family retreat since the space offers privacy with bedrooms on both floors and two patios.

The decor, view, deck, fire pits, jacuzzi and fireplaces really gave this place a wow factor. This large kitchen allowed several of us to be in there working at the same time. The record player and shuffle board game were nice surprises and we used both! We ended up staying in the cabin more than we ever have on this trip simply because if was such a great environment for the 6 of us to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

We cooked nearly all of our meals during our 3-night stay and found the kitchen to be very well-stocked and the kitchen to be perfect for prepping and cooking food. The spacious place also encourages relaxation. The decor was thoughtful and gave the home both utility and character. I'd gladly stay here again.

It was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. We had a marvelous experience. We were searching for a calm place and a spectacular view, yet the cabin exceeded all our expectations. The location suited all our needs. Just one minor suggestion: given that the cabin has such an impressive view, I think it should have a coffee table on the second balcony where we can enjoy a small breakfast or dinner while admiring the view.

Great time! Everything was as stated in the description of the Chalet. The indoor, outdoor, essentials amenities were as described. Great view of Moonridge. Your staff was friendly and professional. We will visit again.

Can’t recommend this location enough!!! I stayed with 3 friends for my birthday weekend and it was perfect! The house itself is beautiful and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. The Airbnb is well stocked and could have everything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back and stay for a longer visit!

Great location to Big Bear City where we attended a wedding at Shay Meadows Ranch, restaurants, and boat rentals! Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous views of the ski mountain. Clean and well-appointed. The only complaint was not enough bath towels and no beach towels to use for the hot tub.

Overall, our stay was delightful. The cabin is as described, decent location and pretty views of the ski slopes across the way. We ran out of toilet paper since they only provided two, single ply rolls in the two bathrooms. There were 5 of us for 7 days. And the shower downstairs pours water onto the ground outside the shower. Other than those two things, our stay was fantastic. The hot tub is a nice extra! I will add it’s is also beautifully decorated!!

What a view! This cabin has everything you need. Check with Cool Cabins, or research on your own smart phone. The amenities are too many to list here. We will be back, to enjoy again.

We stayed at this property over the holidays and were very impressed with how nice it was. We all had comfortable accommodations, the kitchen was very nice and modern, the living room area was very cozy. Our check in was so easy, and they were very nice and helpful, we had a wonderful time and would come back to this cabin again!
