ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, and a TV. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs game room has four twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
