LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player, half bathroom and deck. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi and a DVD player. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy gas/wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub and community charcoal barbecues. Enjoy gorgeous views from the front porch or deck!

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
